At Moviestuff.ca, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective (Excepted CD, DVD, Blu-Ray, 3D, 4K Cases)
- You received the wrong item
- Your digital product failed to download or function as described
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Discounted, clearance or dolloratuff items
- CD, DVD, LP, VHS,
- Services that have already been rendered
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email infomoviestuff@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Any relevant photos or screenshots
We’ll review your request within 30 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us using the same method listed above.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
