There are several bande dessinée (French comics) related to “Cauchemar” (Nightmare). One notable example is Cauchemar Blanc, a short story by Jean Giraud/Moebius, published in 1977. This story explores themes of racism and surrealism, blending dreamlike sequences with stark realism. It was later adapted into a short film by Mathieu Kassovitz in 1991.
